About TomiGuide

A marketplace for practical knowledge, not another course catalogue.

What we are

TomiGuide is a marketplace where people sell what they know how to do. Not lectures and not theory - the specific, boring, useful detail that gets something finished: the shipping settings that stop a store losing money on every order, the spreadsheet that answers which products actually make a profit, the checklist that means tax season is twenty minutes instead of a week.

Why it is not a school

Most learning platforms are organised like education: subjects, syllabuses, certificates. That works when you are studying a field. It is the wrong shape when you have a job to do this week. TomiGuide is organised around outcomes, and the content types reflect that - a guide you finish tonight, a template you use tomorrow, a checklist you keep by the desk, a course when the topic genuinely needs one.

What we ask of creators

  • First-hand experience. If you have not done the thing, you cannot teach it here.
  • Specific promises. "Learn marketing" is not a product. "Plan a year of content in one session" is.
  • Honesty about limits, including what did not work and what is out of scope.
  • Keeping it current when the tools change.

Every product is reviewed by a moderator before it goes on sale, and only verified buyers can leave a review. Those two rules do most of the work of keeping a marketplace worth browsing.

Where we are

TomiGuide is early. The catalogue is small and growing, the statistics you see on product pages are real counts rather than marketing numbers, and we would rather show a modest true figure than an impressive invented one.

Have something worth teaching?

If you have done something the hard way, someone is trying to do it right now.
