The agreement between you, TomiGuide, and the creators who publish here.

It is written to be readable and honest about how the platform works, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and it is not tailored to any jurisdiction. Have a qualified professional review and adapt it before you launch.
1. What TomiGuide is
TomiGuide is a marketplace. Creators publish digital products; you buy them. TomiGuide handles the storefront, payment and delivery. The creator is responsible for the content of their product.
2. Your account
You need an account to buy. Keep your login details to yourself - you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. Accounts may be suspended for breaking these terms.
3. What you are buying
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may use it for your own work, including commercial work, unless the product says otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the files, or upload them to another platform.
Access is ongoing for as long as TomiGuide operates and the product remains available. Download your files if long-term access matters to you.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency displayed. Payment is processed by our payment provider. Where a discount is shown against an original price, the original price is one that has genuinely been charged.
5. If you are a creator
You keep ownership of your content and grant TomiGuide the right to host, market and sell it on your behalf. You confirm you have the right to sell what you publish. You must follow the creator guidelines. TomiGuide takes a platform fee on each sale, shown in your dashboard, and may remove products that break these terms.
6. Reviews
Only verified buyers may review. Reviews must be about the product. We remove abuse, spam and reviews that break the law, and we do not remove reviews simply because a creator dislikes them.
7. Content and conduct
Do not upload anything unlawful, infringing, malicious or deliberately misleading. Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the catalogue, or interfere with the platform's operation.
8. Availability
We work to keep TomiGuide available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Products may occasionally be withdrawn; if a product you bought is withdrawn, your existing access is not removed.
9. Liability
Products on TomiGuide are educational. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and results depend on your own circumstances and effort. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email. Continuing to use TomiGuide after a change means you accept the updated terms.
